Triggr Data Privacy

We respect your rights in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations. See our Terms of Use which are available as part of the sign-up process. This summary outlines Triggr’s practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing data and information.

The Triggr Database Platform

Triggr is designed to help Users (e.g. HR professionals, entrepreneurs, sales and marketing executives) find the business information they need in order to assess and interact with relevant companies and contacts. Triggr operates as an aggregated search filtering platform with publicly accessible information sourced from public webpages or from data provided to us by reputable business partners. The Triggr database platform enables Users (Trigger subscribers) to source new data or enrich current information in their systems. The information we collect from publicly available sources, and from our trusted business partners, is securely stored on the Triggr database platform. Our proprietary algorithms process information contained in the Triggr database in order to identify the relevant and up-to-date information sought by our Users.

Compliance with Data Privacy and Anti-Spam Regulations

We request all of our Users comply with the data and privacy regulations and laws in the jurisdictions within which they operate. If you believe a Triggr User has breached any laws or regulations with data sourced from the Triggr database platform, please contact us here.

How to Opt Out

If you prefer that we do not disclose the current information we have about you to our Users, you may opt-out. Simply email hello@triggr.ai to submit your request. After submitting your request, we will remove you and your information from our current database but please note that future updates to our data, sourced from publicly accessible webpages, may include you and details again as they are available at that time. You should therefore consider restricting the publishing of your details on public facing webpages to avoid future inclusion in the Triggr database.

How We Source Data

Triggr collects information to enrich the Triggr Database Platform. We collect data on businesses and individuals from a variety of public sources and from our trusted business partners in order to enhance, optimize and enrich the Triggr Database and make it as up-to-date as possible. We collect information from third parties who license, sell or otherwise provide data they have ethically collected; or we gather information from publicly available sources, such as via the internet and public pages on social networks, including through public or licensed APIs. For example, we use open web services and APIs to complete and update the information we have in order to allow our Users to more easily filter and find relevant information.
